You know how we all break New year Resolutions, I think we should make them for the opposite causes like.....Im not going to go on a diet, Avoid going to the Gym, Smoke loads of cigarrettes, Drink loads and get drunk. Lol! have any of you got any more ideas for reverse Resolutions? You just would not feel bad because you didn't follow through.

New Year's Resolutions? nope do not bother to make them. I do not need the guilt. BTW HPD going to the gym can be a pleasure but most definitely a benefit. My trainer/rehab specialist kicks my ass, has me on a "lockdown diet". She is half my size but is as devoted to making me more healthy as I am myself and that is not a resolution but rather a lifestyle change with perhaps a little mental effort thrown in. I am hoping that later this year I can post before and after shots just for a laugh - and to show it was worthwhile LOL

I like seeing the gym population swell in numbers every January. It's entertaining to see the newbies who come in and train with a vengeance for a week or two then dissapear.
It makes me realize how determined I am to stay in shape and look good.
If everyone were as committed as I am to fitness, it wouldn't feel like an accomplishment.
