I need some advice on meeting older women. I'm not the bar/club type so I don't really get the opportunity to meet many older women. Where are some good places to go to meet older women, and what are some good pick up lines (none of the corny crap!) that could spark a conversation? What would make an older woman interested, and what could I say to show my interest in older women?

Greetings If you really are looking for an "older" woman to get to know then I suggest that you go about your life and when you see a woman that is attractive to you speak to her... start a conversation about whatever is relevant.. If you are at the movies then talk about the movie.. If you are on a hike the talk about what is around you.. Older Women are no different than other women.. we engage in conversation and if you are coherent and interesting we will respond.. One thing leads to another... If you are just looking for a hot time then I have no suggestions. Mostly though women respond when approached honestly, openly and sincerely..Best of luck to you..

Hang out in the wine section of the grocery store and when you see some one you are interested in pretend you don't know any thing about wine and ask a few questions. I had a guy do that to me and wanted to get together to share some wine but I was in a relationship so it didn't work out. Women love to help so any where you are at ask for help with something and then go from there.

I'm sorry you feel that way, DreamDay. Perhaps you're right: Maybe I am a little out of line. I just feel it's not necessary to ask it. It's kind of like hearing somebody say, "I went to a black wedding the other day." Why qualify? Most guys know where to meet young women: clubs, etc. That's implied. In my mind, men can find all ages of women at the same places. It's not like older women see younger women and say, "Oh, boy, we can't hang here; there's a bunch of younger women." I can think of no place where older women hang out exclusively.

HotProfDude, you are making some really out of line assumptions about how women should interpret a simple question. I suspect no women have taken offense to the question because it is not an offensive question at all. If I asked where is a good place to pick up young women, should that be taken offensively?

Have to chime in here... Can someone please tell me WHY 2Ducky is in a "different century"?? Are men not supposed to have sexual fantasies about older women in the 21st century? Boo on that! I guess I'm behind the times, then, because I harbour sexual fantasies and imagine flings with older women. If I were female, the only post I would take offense to is DreamDay's (Dreamday: No offense, for I sense innocence and naivete in your post; I really think you're being genuine). Where I do meet older women?? If I were an "older woman", THAT question would seem offensive and ridiculous. "Well you know, older women are a freak species. We hang out in irregular places. We can't hang out with younger women. We older women prefer hanging out in secret clubs...ever heard of the Older Woman's Bridge Club? Yeah, we hang out there." I suspect the reason no woman voices offense toward DD is that he's an exceptionally handsome chap...am I right?

Well, we must accept the fact that most of younger guys here looking for older women is just to fulfill a fantasy. That all it is. Once that fantasy is met we are all back to real world to look for a nice looking younger girl.
