Helena, That sounds so good. and Im not sure where you are located. We would have to sort something out. I havnt personal contact with everyone. and I am not a paid member. I am going to post the Idea on the Forum, and see what response we get. If it was here in Florida, I could probably put 3 or 4 people up at my house in Key Largo, I know you are a decent person and would trust who you suggested. I don't know if Age Match would organise anything, or we could just do it ourselves.

Hon that would be great. I have made so many wonderful friends with whom I chat away from the site - we have nothing to lose. Our friend from Florida has to be there and what has happened to HotProfDude? Those are some of the very funny people from way back.

Yes Helena, It would be great, but it was Tuulips original idea, and I wouldn't dream of taking credit for it, We could put it on the message board and get a vote on it, what do you think?

Helena the reason as to why I've often referred to the marriage of Jerry Leee Lewis is because it actually provides the inconvenient truth that shoots down the modern day pc bs that makes it illegal these days to be looking for girls at an age when they're far more likely to not yet be spoken for than having to wait until they are 18+ which is the age limit on sites like this one.The general consensus,in England at least,is that it's ok to date and/or start a same age relationship with a girl of 16,or even younger, but it's considered something perverted, verging on criminal, for someone a lot older to do that.So we've got social networking sites now with artificial age double standards in which over 18's are effectively kept from online dating of under 18's even though the age of consent is 16.So just how is it a fact that Jerry Lee Lewis did marry his 13 year old cousin if that is paedophilia ???.It was obviously good enough for the law and the church when he did it as he had the marriage certificate to prove it and the law,the church and his widow all stand by her dead husband's name and does'nt regard him as a paedophile. That's good enough for me and it should be good enough for you on the age issue at least. On the morals issue the fact that she was another of those women who gave her favours to a divorcee not a single bloke is the one which I don't agree with her,the church,or the law on though.I'd guess that you probably take the opposite view in that it's the age issue by which you can't reconcile your views and morals with those of the law, church, and his widow in that case ????.

Yes it would be a great idea to get a big social gathering together by inviting every one on this site who'd like to be involved. However it's impossible in my experience to even get a date with one potential match let alone a large gathering involving lots.

To Jag, in the past you have cited Jerry Lee Lewis and his marriage to his 13 year old cousin as something to aim for. That to me and the law here is called pedophilia. Liking someone or wanting someone over the age of majority - no problem, legally that is. No one on this site will condemn it. However, Litenbrite came up with a beautiful suggestion and I totally agree that at times over the years, i have wished this site would suggest a general meeting place. There are so many people I have corresponded with that I would love to meet and a few of the others. I guess it is up to us and those interested to come up with a venue. Wouldn't it but fun?!

litenbrite I totally agree with you on the issue as to how it seems totally impossible to get a date on dating sites.

Helena if seeking a teenaged girl (or one in her 20's too like I am in addition if you can read my profile and you're literate) is paedophilia then why have'nt all of those blokes like me doing the same thing been locked up including the ones who I've lost out to in life ??.But just like all the other ironies in life which I've had to put up with, your idea, concerning the definition of what constitutes a paedophile,is one of the worst and should'nt have any place on an age gap dating site. For your information teenaged girls, over the age of consent,in the context of normal heterosexual human relationships, are'nt children although the politically correct older women feminists are continuously trying to make it so.Also I challenge you to find ANY postings written by me on here 3 years ago and I've got the written receipts for the computer and the service provider to prove that I did'nt have a computer 3 years ago.If you can't say anything accurate or friendly then don't bother wasting your time.Having said all that if only seeking and finding/getting were the same things. But so far in life being 'upbeat' has never found me the wife and family that just like any other bloke I feel that I'm entitled to.The reason being that all of the young girls of child bearing age,who in a decent world with morals,I should have had a chance of dating, decided to give their favours to blokes who'd already had their chance in life.I think that like so many others, you're now telling me that I should be upbeat about my situation and take on the lonely old dumped ex wives of blokes who've dumped those women, for young single girls who are leaving me on the shelf, thereby getting more chances in life to have the one chance in life denied to me.No chance Helena I'm going to complain about my situation not celebrate it.

Helena, This seems like a nice little community, and I am happy to be part of it. However, I have never dated anyone at all on here...but maybe one day someone that e-mails will be real. I live in hope...but Im not holding my breath.

OMG Jag give it up with the whining and whinging for crying out loud. There are so many people living in hope that to hear your constant moan is really depressing. If you have not had a computer for 3 years, how have you managed to insert your sorry tales on every contribution over that same time period? I suspect if you were a little more upbeat in your outlook you would find a woman easily - no, maybe not the young teen you seek (that would be pedophilia) but there are lots of lonely people out there who would surely like you.

Some of us proposed the meeting idea a few years ago - we were going to go to a jazz club and sip martinis I believe. Anyhow although we never did meet up, I still have a couple of very close correspondents (male and female) who call and e-mail privately. There are a lot of good friendships made even if The One is not found.

Lady I don't know what your original question was but Jag has managed to shut down so many contributors by his negativity, the site became dull. Check out how many of us have signed out from this site because we could not get beyond the "I am so sorry for myself" responses. He might be a nice "bloke" but over the last 3 years he has never contributed a positive word to any blogger. Good luck
