FIRST DATE IDEAS FROM MEMBERS

Meet in a quiet public restaurant, coffee shop and see it's "sparks or friction" then decide about the real first date. Kind of like a TV series, if the Pilot is good, then hopefully there would be a long-lasting season after seasom.

A first date whould be one where we can learn each others likes and dislikes with hopes we can use them for a 2nd date. A meal, a cup of coffee, a car ride, a walk in nature or the safe side of the city.

Well, a nice meal or donuts and coffee in a restaurant. A quiet environment so communication is not difficult.

Under the present circumstances, out door dining (lunch) at Loveys is the best that I can think of. I am open to other options

for a first date, I would like to do something that enables conversation. a Hot Air Balloon ride or maybe meet at a Gallery or even just dinner at some interesting ethnic restaurant. An Ethiopian restaurant where eating with your fingers would be fun

We are different so let's talk a little, get to know what both of us like so the first physical meeting is more relaxed, that way we can concentrate better on each other.

I like going out to dinner at good restaurants, and I also like camping, hiking and fishing, although at 72, hiking shorter distances looks more appealing than a 5-mile hike does to me now. I like dancing. I love going to the beach. I Ioved skiing (both snow & water) back in the day, but am into not-so-steep slopes and not-so-fast speed boats towing me these days. I live boating, canoeing on a lazy river. An ideal date for me would be going out to whatever destination the Lady I'm with preferred for that particular evening. But not to defer always to the womans taste, if asked my preferences, I love all kinds of music (except death-metal rock and monotonous rap - amd although some rap is entertaining and guote clever, I don't consider it to be music, but rather poetry set to rhythm). I love Plays, Ballet, and Classical Music, Jazz and Original Rock Concerts. I appreciate sharing any positively based experience during an entertaining evening with a Lady, such as going to a Concert, going out dancing, or camping out in Nature, or catching a movie together. I'm easy to please; I like female company, because I love women. Without women, where, and what would men be? (We'd be nowhere, all alone, and empty inside... we'd be miserable!)
