Option 1: We go to the Institute around 3, and I show you my favorite Rembrandt, Monet, and Picasso pieces. They close at 5 (or all day on Mondays,) so dinner afterwards would work. If you're into nightlife, let's go explore afterwards. I know of a couple fun places to go, but I'd also be down to let you lead if you have a favorite place of entertainment.
Option 2: Go to Costco, buy a ton of ingredients for a charcuterie board, pack all of it into tupperware, and then go give the packed meals away to the homeless encampments in downtown St. Paul and Minneapolis. When we're finished, we donate any leftovers to Catholic Charities Dorothy Day Center, order food for ourselves from Cecil's Deli (they specifically employ immigrants) or a food truck, and have a candlelight picnic on Lake Harriet. I loveeee history and learning about new cultures so a trip to the museum would be perfect! After the museum, we could go to a bar and have a few drinks while making the best type of new memories. The type of memories where you can't stop smiling.
