Seems to me that in most European countries that I have visited, people are much more tolerant of an age gap between an older woman/younger man. Is it just my experiences, or do you think that's the case?
Actually, from the conversations I have had with a number of European men, it seems that it's quite the opposite. The OW/YM scenario is still pretty taboo. Younger European men are frustrated with the restraints placed on them. It's why so many look to connect with American women and UK women. Seems more accepted in the UK too.
Many European men who are single live with family because of housing, food and fuel prices. thatmeans they also have to deal with societal and family pressure regarding agegap relationships. This is what I have been told again and again so there must be some truth to it.
