Id love to go hiking or enjoy the wineries in the area, I wouldn't be against traveling for a first date to do something active. I'd love to learn how to snowboard this winter! Being outside is where I belong

Big first dates can lead to unmet expectations. How about a picnic in the park? I'll bring a thermos with hot water and 2 cups of noodles. 🤣
Seriously though? This question is selfish in a sense, but it would have to involve mutual interest and getting to know one another beforehand.
Then again, the Chick-fil-A drive thru is always promising. Oh, but you prefer Cane's? Bummer.

Long walks (but not too long haha). I love walking while holding hands, just watching how beautiful nature is, listening the birds chirping, and i also love watching sunset.

I like the outdoors and I like the water because water is my Zen. So around here, that means a nice big park with a lake, stream, or river flowing by. Perhaps a picnic and a nice trail walk or a hike through the woods or woodland trail. If you have a bicycle we can ride or you can rollerblade even.
If we hit it off well, you can even spend the weekend and I'll fill you in on my craft...that I call, "A Master For Your Pleasures!" Think of it as a Spa Day!

Let's take a hike along the Niagara gorge. After an hour or two, hike back to the car, and drive with the top down, wind in our hair, to a nearby winery, where we can sit on the patio enjoying a chilled glass of pinot grigio.

Lets do something that requires actual time together. Screaming over people at a bar and sitting through a movie are not the way to get to know somebody. Although seeing someone drunk does give you an idea about them. Lets go to the zoo or have a walk through the park.

There needs to be a connection before committing to a dinner. And yes you can have a connection chatting and falls flat in person. I would prefer a walk on beach, doesn’t matter time of day. Sunset always good. Smile. Take a walk, chat. The rest comes natural. No need to force.
