I'd like to completely surprise my date by picking her up, driving to the airport, getting on the plane to Seattle or San Francisco for a rental car, dinner and live music, and return before 2 am. This would allow for adventure, great conversation, and getting to know one another!
I have to confess I've managed to pull this off exactly once, but a man can dream can't he? Perhaps more realistic would be a picnic above the west side of the Horsetooth Reservoir or at Mishawaka in the Poudre Canyon (Northern Colorado residents will know what I'm talking about).
