A daytime date where the venue is entertaining yet not distracting to the point of precluding a pleasant conversation; perhaps a street fair,a stroll through a flea market,a picnic at the park or on the beach,at any rate ,it will have to be as casual as you will be in real life....not looking for out of the ordinary behavior.

Hmmm first dates....I like it when both of us can have a laugh like iceskating, bowling or fairgrounds. I find that being able to laugh and be yourself makes a good first date.

I think a nice first date would be a light lunch in a cafe and then some time walking around a downtown shopping area. This would give us time to talk and get to know each other, without too much pressure.

Something fun that doesn't require too much skill, e.g. crazy golf, wine tasting or rally car driving , with a pub meal afterwards if we decide that we can face a conversation!

The classic picnic is big on romance Pack a blanket and a lunch: sandwiches, fruits, and drinks (maybe a bottle of wine?). Head to your local park or take a drive and stop at any scenic overlook.

So many possibilities, depending on what the other person enjoys, but obviously it would have to start off in a public place, perhaps meeting for lunch at a cafe or restaurant where there is other people around but yet not to overpowering so as to be able to talk and get a feel for the others personality and any chemistry. Then if things go good, continue it on to taking a ride or drive to somewhere that we would both enjoy and start some memories.

we could meet in the middle of an open field (under a tree) in the middle of nowhere on a sunny day and have a picnic. if i could play guitar or something, we could have a bit of a jammin session (i'll work on it !!)
