I would enjoy a nice casual lunch or dinner so we could talk and get to know something about each other as well as to feel each other's vib. Then, if we felt comfortable and at ease with each other, we could go to a movie or a walk.

First date ideas? Well how about, we talk about them before meeting. I'm very accepting and agreeable with what my date would want to do. Dinner at a local establishment would be probably highest on the consideration, but just meeting and talking and getting to know each other better and see what develops would also be fine to do. I'm very accepting of anything.

Take a walk on the beach during the afternoon and watch the sun set. Afterwards go to a fancy restaurant for a gourmet meal and fine wine. Capped off with a leisurely walk t take the lady to her place.

Just a modest, informal, laid-back coffehouse would be ideal. Nothing fancy.

Sailing anyone? I guess dinner would be a good starter, need to know what you like, The sunsets are awsome in my back yard almost every day, or have memberships in unique resorts with trendy night clubs, in area, more on that later.

I would like to have a nice quite evening at Hot Shots in Pismo Beach. Get to know one another over a game of pool, or snooker. Dinner and drinks are also enjoyed there. May sound dumb, but, it IS fun and in a location like this, no one can be anything other than themselves. .....OR.... We can get an early start and surf, bodyboard, or kayak. We can learn to paddleboard together. lots of time to talk and learn about each other.

Walk and talk or a driving tour around town as you get more into each other. A nice light snack at a quaint little place sets the mood, you get your nibble, now take that bite. Hold their hand, hug them, breath them in and follow your impulse. You both have already made the choice to meet, now get to know them. Go some place you both like and share the adventure.

For a first date probably best to be able to talk, so not a cinema or concert etc. A restaurant and a walk if in town, say by the river after or maybe a drive out, a walk or some shared fun amusement, break the ice with something to laugh about then a cosy restaurant.
