i get there early, so i can see her approaching the cafe--see how she walks, how she looks in the sunshine. She sees me at the table, recognizing from my pictures. I point at the chair across from me. I already have a menu for her. I introduce myself--Hi I am Gary, i am glad to see you. And not to rush to order, but most important is to start our chat--naturally talking--how she found her way here, etc. I love looking into her eyes--is where the energy is in her--her eyes.

Other than that, I like surprises so just tell me how to dress and surprise me
