Lunch at my favorite restaurant at the Cook's House in Traverse City ordering, if still being served, the Indian combo of three curries---the best I've ever tasted anywhere.

A ride up to the desert and a hot air baloon ride.

Dinner together and perhaps a movie. Lots of talking to see if we connect and feel some heat for each other.

Before a real first date, I would want to meet over coffee or a drink to see if there is a mutual attraction and go from there.

Depending on where you are and what your interests . We could go somewhere or do something you enjoy or never tried before and think you might like . Could try to sit quietly for 15 or 20 minutes and see how well we can read each other's mind . Actually write down what you're thinking and think the other person is thinking . Make a friendly, painless wager on who gets the closest reading . Walk on the beach . Never know what you'll see there . Go look at the place I'd like to get in , Live Oak, Fla on 5.48 acres . Play Golf , or go for the swim . Tell each other why we're glad we've finally met or met again . Not impossible . My legs have been hurt in the war and beyond, so nothing that requires too much leg work . Though, does not prohibit loving and being loved in return . Have number of war wounds actually and neglected to include in profile . This has been tiring and energy draining trip . Growing pains and not enough sleep . Have dear friend putting on benefit for Everglades in, Miami Beach, I think Nov. [?] . We could go there . Though, by then it probably wouldn't be first date any longer . Have no interest in playing the field . Still have libido but friendship is not out of the question . I'm probably the bit unusual but safe for any Mother's child .

In the open air or a pub or somewhere else non commital.

I would love for my date to come and pick me up for dinner, after we could take in a movie and we could then talk about our goals and interest in life in a shopping mall.
