Maybe not the fanciest restaurant, but certainly a very good one. I'm not interested in pretending to enjoy bad food, while trying to calm my social anxiety! First dates are fun, but insanely awkward sometimes. Let's go somewhere we can foodgasm together.

I suggest we grab lunch afterward, go shopping, and prepare for a romantic date later. We can also talk about each other’s interests and how we can make our relationship work.

A dinner with some drink drinks and then maybe a movie after would be ideal for me. Sushi or hot pot are my go to

well, I would definitely have to take you to dinner and then take you to the mall and spoil you rotten and then to a movie or a concert and then probably back home

A great first date? Definitely good conversation, a little laughter, and a nice setting.
I like when a man takes the lead and plans something thoughtful—it shows effort, and I appreciate that.
If we’re both smiling and not ready to leave, that’s usually a good sign

Somewhere we can take a short walk, then dinner over candle-light. We are sitting together, close enough where I can inhale your cologne. Our words flow with ease. Sweet awkwardness excites the mood between us. Maybe we slow dance like no one is around.

My ideal first date is something simple, comfortable, and personal. I enjoy cooking, so I’d love to make a meal for you — something good, something thoughtful, and something we can enjoy without any rush. Sharing food, talking, laughing, and getting to know each other in a relaxed setting feels like the perfect way to see if our connection has that spark. If the conversation flows, maybe we put on some music afterward and just enjoy the moment.

We can get lunch, go for a walk in a park. Watch the sunset somewhere.
It really doesn't matter as long as you're comfortable.

I know it’s probably cliche but I love first dates at coffee shops, or bookstores. Somewhere more calm and low stress. Plus, if the date goes well-there’s always the opportunity to go find other adventures afterwards.

Coffee just to see if we like each other. If not, there’s not waiting for a meal to drag it out lol.

My ideal first date starts with intention — not a “what are you doing tonight?” text, but a plan. I want to feel thought of before I even walk out the door.
I picture us meeting somewhere with ambiance — dim lighting, velvet seating, candles glowing, a playlist that feels like a slow burn. A place where the cocktails are crafted, not poured, and the wine list reads like a love letter to vineyards I haven’t visited yet.
He’s already there a few minutes early, and I walk in to a smile that tells me he’s actually excited to see me — not just to pass time. We start with oysters, maybe crudo or a caviar bump if we’re feeling bold, paired with a glass of champagne or an elegant white — something crisp that sets the tone. The conversation flows easily — no forced small talk, just curiosity, banter, and the kind of back-and-forth that makes you forget to check your phone.
Dinner is a slow experience. Courses we choose together, dishes we share, flavors we talk about like they’re memories. A bold red opens up while we do — and somewhere between the main course and dessert, I realize I’ve been laughing without thinking about it. That’s my favorite part — when I feel present and feminine because someone else is leading with confidence and generosity.
We end the night with something sweet — maybe gelato on a walk, or an espresso martini if the night needs just one more chapter. He gets me home safely, no guessing, no games. A hug that lingers just long enough to leave me wondering what date two might feel like.
I go to sleep thinking, “I felt seen, I felt special, I felt like a woman.”

I truly like doing seasonal events, markets fairs local shows. As much as I love to stay home and snuggle up to a movie I like to get out and learn what my date enjoys about the city, season, or topic of the event.
