I'd be happy to meet At Starbuck's, get acquainted, see what chemistry there might be or just a casual lunch. Walks are nice, hope for good weather. Two heads are better than one?

Looking for a special evening to get aquainted and discover our common interests along with the poly outlook on life. Of course it would be nice to be located nearby like in zip 28210 in Charlotte.
We could plan on a follow up date where I could show my marquetry pictures in my apartment.

A perfect first date would be having a lunch or dinner with a woman and both of us looking forward to seeing each other again soon.

We meet in London and have lunch together somewhere. Weather permitting we go f\or a walk
along the Thames embankment. We hold hands---why not even if it is a first date???
Unless of course we cannot stand the sight of each other!
We then part company and return home to consider the next step.

First dates are just a "getting to know you" date, and unless you have interacted a lot by phone and email, should not have the pressure of candlelight etc. It shouldbe a casual light lunch or dinner to see if one gets on.. then go from there. depending on how one feels. Candle light, swimming by moonlight, dancing cheek to cheek etc. etc are for later. It takes time for a relationship to grow.

I believe physical attraction is a start and when you are attracted to each other on a mental level the fun really begins.....I want to learn all I can about you. The setting for our initial date is not important...it can be meeting for a cup of coffee or taking a walk on the beach. We will both know if there are sparks.
