Riding the Light Rail to the DIA and having lunch then walk around the airport and see what they have done with the place. Get back on the Light Rail and go Downtown Denver and hit a bar and get down with some drinks and start partying! Then go from there!!

I love seafood and its the kind of food that can be shared and very casual, sharing from each others plate if you may, maybe an out of the way seafood restaurant on a sunday afternoon that has blues music or small band playing, but where you could talk and enjoy a casual t-shirt and shorts kind of afternoon talking enjoying good conversation!!!!
