Coffee or lunch for a first meeting. For a "date" something different that we can discuss over coffee or lunch if the chemistry is right for both of us. Personally, I like the idea of flying to someplace a bit out of the way, like the West Coast of Florida for dinner. There are certain advantages to being a pilot.

I am a fan of red wine, hence the location. It's also got a cool, New Orleans-type atmosphere that appeals to me. I think a first date over drinks is best because trying to eat kinda gets in the way of good conversation which you need to get to know someone. If we connect, we'll order food, LOL.
