like taking women to Gervasi vineyard in Canton, Ohio. As first dates go, its affordable, and while its outdoors when the weather is nice it a great place to meet and get to know each other

Have a nice dinner for two after which we could take a walk down by the lake. When we return from the walk it should still be early enough to go to a club a dance for a little while.

I gave this a lot of thought. Just anywhere with a beautiful and charming woman is the perfect place! The main thing is to go somewhere to meet, and have some fun getting to know each other better. It could be a walk on the beach that ends in a picnic and watching the sun slowly go down. I would like to go somewhere it is quiet and the atmosphere is relaxing where we can actually hear each other talk in a relaxing way and have a nice cuddle lit dinner. After dinner, we could take a stroll around town holding hands because I know we will hit it off. Regardless as to where we begin, the night will end with a gentle kiss and hug and with great anticipation for the next date. One of my favorite lines in a romantic movie, As Good as it Gets, is when Jack Nicholson says to Helen Hunt, "You make me want to be a better man." Yes, I am looking for a best friend and someone special who moves me so much that it makes me want to be even a better man.

How about us having lunch, then take a nice walk on the beach where we can people watch and chat. Maybe a movie afterwards would be a great way to end the date.

We meet at a cafe or restaurant. We look in each others' eyes as we first meet. We know we're a match. Smile, kiss 'Hello', order a drink, and have a charming dinner. We leave and smooch, starting off a lovely, passionate relationship.

I love dining at the Black Rabbit Restaurant & Bar. It's an ideal place to meet for drinks and dinner.

the first date would be decided by both partys, that way we can have a great first date, instead of a one sided affair

I think outside is the best place to get to know each other. From a nice walk in the woods with my dog to a quiet drink at a nice outside patio would all be a great way to start getting to know each other.

I am comfortable meeting at a coffee bar or cafe. Let's share some smiles, laughs & a little of who we are becoming (I think growth is an ongoing process). It's important that we both feel relaxed in the location & conversation.

My ideal first date would be to meet somewhere near the ocean for a late lunch. Afterwards a walk on the beach as the sun is setting and, perhaps, stopping off for a glass of wine where there is live music.

A casual place, like an amusement park, arcade, mini-golf, zoo, etc., where my date and I could share fun activities but still have opportunities for private conversations away from the crowd. In other words, lots of fun and opportunities to get to know one another, but no pressure.
