My ideal first date would be seeing a film with you! I've always loved the movies, the atmosphere is amazing and even though it's a bit cliché, I still find it romantic. We could cuddle up during the movie if it's too cold in the theater, and we can share our popcorn together in the light of the movie screen. :)

While I lean towards movie for multiple reasons:
You get to know the others taste & sense of their reactions/emotions, you're close..getting a feel of the magnetism...and if it's good there's no better feeling! You get to share {not just popcorn} but the experience which also leaves (whether the flick was good/bad) a topic of interest to debate/discuss. Hopefully by that time we're wrapped in eachothers arms! ; )
Now with this in mind, i do understand that the date would basically depend on the woman and her interests/personality. And in all actuality, when it's someone TRULY worth while, it's ALL about who you are with, NOT, what you are doing. With that, I can guarantee being treated with the utmost respect, consideration and kindness w/ a genuine interest! Now, whether we hit it off or not...that one's up to the gods! ; )
Either way, as far as I'm concerned, it's all good. I am way too laid back for any kind of pressure/ awkward atmosphere.
Just good times, good laughs, a mutual respect and (at the VERY least) a new found Friendship.
After all.. that's the one thing you can never have too many of... right!? I really can't see in asking for anything more..
